Terms Of Service

General:
- I work on a first come first served order basis unless a commission has a set deadline/rush order that gives it priority in the queue. My queue tracks the progress of each stage of a commission.- I have the right to refuse any commission if I feel uncomfortable with the subject matter or feel I cannot accurately produce the final product of the quality the client deserves.- My art is NOT to be traced/edited/copied/or used for NFTs or in any form of AI generation training or production.- If I refuse your commission request don't try to force me to do it. I will blacklist you from future works.- Please be polite, I will not tolerate disrespect towards myself or any clients whose commissions may be ahead of yours and taking time.- You can share the commission wherever you want, but you must credit me as the artist and only the watermarked versions may be posted to other sites.- Changes can be made without charge during the initial sketch stages of the commission! Each stage outside the sketch phase (line art, color, etc) may receive a small charge for major changes. Fixing patterning or colors if they do not match the provided ref or if markings are misplaced would not receive a charge.- References are preferred when drawing a character but not required. If your character does not have a reference then a detailed description will do. This does not apply to custom characters of course.- Commissions do take time to complete, especially as I work full time, so I do ask for patience. If a specific deadline is needed, this must be discussed with me prior to starting the commission.- Fetish-themed works automatically incur the NSFW charge even if the fetish itself is sfw. And since its happened multiple times over the years, I must state: don't project your interests onto me.

Payments:I accept payments via PayPal or Deviantart points or through Kofi, if PayPal is unavailable in your country.- Refunds are permitted though a charge will be taken based on the completion of your commission. if the commission is in the sketch phase or not started 100% of the payment will be returned. If your commission has reached 80% completion no refund will be given.- A full refund will be issued if a personal life matter has occurred that will prevent me from completing the work.- At least half payment must be received before I start your commission/add it to my queue. Full payment is required to receive the finished work past the line art phase.- I do not reserve commission slots as I work first come first served. But I can add you to a ping list on my queue or in the discord linked below.- Wrongful chargebacks will be documented and reported to Paypal.

New: Rush Order Commissions

  • Rush Order commissions are commissions who pay a hefty fee to immediately jump to the front of the queue and have a turn around time of 72 hours. This means that I drop everything to finish the commission in less than 72hrs from recieving full payment.

  • The client MUST be available the full 72hrs to approve progression wips to ensure the deadline is met.

  • Rush order fees are NOT applied after the fact. So standard commissions that happen to finish quickly due to timing working out well will not recieve this charge. The charge is only for clients who request immidiate turn around at the start of the commission process.

  • Ship art (Character x OC/Canon)

  • Gore (depending on how extreme)

What I wont Draw

  • Pedophilia / Zoophilia/ Beastiality/ etc

  • Minors in any sexual or gory situation

  • Kill art or Self-harm (will draw fight/battle works tho)

  • Rape/Non-Con, Abuse, Incest

  • Hyper of any kind (anatomy/ muscles/ weight/ etc)

  • Characters belonging to those on my blacklist (i will inform you if they are)

  • Extreme Fetishes (case by case basis. EX: Vore / Scat / ETC)
